Located a few miles outside of historic Gruene, Texas, this hill country eco-resort master plan proposes strategically positioning seven new casita units within a mature live oak woodland. Additional site amenities include an open-air dance hall, pool area, tree house, two large fire pits, and a variety of gathering spaces and seating areas. The design preserves existing historic buildings while connecting existing and new buildings and site amenities through a new pedestrian trial system. Visitors will enjoy a restored native wildflower meadow as they arrive to the property and prospect from the casita porches.
