HCCA CAMPUS FRAMEWORK PLAN

The Holy Cross Christian Academy's goal was to develop a Master Plan for its new campus that prioritized flexibility, phasing, and sustainability ensuring spaces can adapt to evolving educational needs while minimizing environmental impact and working with budget constraints. The design team developed a plan that fostered a collaborative learning environment, integrating academic buildings on the site, taking advantage of natural; drainage patterns to create courtyards that served as outdoor learning labs to promote interaction between students. The planning focused on connectivity, accessibility, and the integration of current trends to enhance both teaching and learning campus experience.
