The client's goal was creating a destination in Roundtop that served as an oasis for visitors and was rooted in the place. The Master Plan includes site amenities that would allow visitors to experience the outdoor environment through nature trails, wildflower meadows, yoga decks, fishing piers and a pool inspired in a spring. The site also functions as a venue for small intimate events, with a custom grilling area underneath sculptural heritage oaks. The design elements focus on local materials that create a unique sustainable retreat.
