Will developed a love for design and the built environment’s relationship with nature at a young age through travel and being outdoors. Prior to joining Campbell Landscape Architecture in 2023, Will started his own landscape design build company, Outdoor Collaborative, served as a custom home builder/project manager for Dalgleish Construction and was head of design, construction and maintenance for Thompson + Hanson.

Will is a passionate and engaged landscape designer with over 16 years of experience in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor living spaces for residential properties. His expertise and detail-oriented approach helps create personalized landscapes that reflect clients' preferences while enhancing property value and sustainability. His proficiency in project management, from concept development through to installation, helps ensure projects are completed on time and within budget without sacrificing design integrity. Will brings his field experience to the CLA office to enhance collaboration between design professionals and trades in the field to ensure seamless communication and implementation of design intent.
