A native Austinite, William brings a lifelong connection to Central Texas and a multidisciplinary perspective to his work. As Studio Director at Campbell Landscape Architecture, he leads projects from early concept through implementation, balancing design vision with technical rigor, thoughtful detailing, and the ways people experience a place.

William was recognized by WIRED as one of its “50 People Who Will Change the World” for his early work exploring sustainable communities. Before joining Campbell in 2023, he worked with Lambert McGuire Design across landscape architecture, architecture, and interior design. His broader experience encompasses community engagement, design-build, art installation, hospitality, and public-realm design.

William’s approach is grounded in the belief that landscapes should be environmentally responsible, deeply responsive to their context, and meaningful to the people who use them.
