The Riata Apartment Complex Enhancements spans over 100 acres and involves re-envisioning vehicular entryways, upgrades to amenity areas including parks spaces, dog parks, playgrounds, sport courts, café seating, pool, fitness center, and new organizing strategies for a new property wide trail system. Given the quantity of upgrades and the inherent complexity of the mature site, CLA organized a multi-phase approach that creates a cohesive plan once completed. Working alongside PAGE/Dyal, the landscape design supports a new branding vision that unites the mature aesthetic of the site with contemporary accents that strategically refresh the overall site experience.
