Located between 6th & 7th Street, and Colorado and Lavaca, the downtown city block includes a new office tower with quarter block public plaza comprised of terraced lawns and seatwalls, cascading water feature, programmed outdoor spaces with loose furniture, and streetscapes. The project interfaces with the facade of the historic Claudia Taylor Johnson building, which will be repurposed as a commercial market connecting to the plaza and new office tower. The project is currently under construction.
